Perinatal brain injury with optic nerve atrophy and seizures

EEG (03.04.2018): Seizure activity in sleeping period in occipital lobes, mostly left.
Optical coherent tomography (04.07.2019): retinal ganglion cells loss in both eyes.
MRI (13.09.2017): atrophic changes of occipital lobes, periventricular gliosis, slightly dilated lateral ventricles.
15.07.2019 treatment: intravenous (IV) infusion of allogenic umbilical cord blood stem cells were performed.
1 month after treatment patient has subjective vision improvement, especially in right eye (Fig.1).

06.02.2020 treatment: combined IV and intrathecal injection of umbilical cord derived stem cells was performed.
Recommendations are given to patient. Control period of observation: 3, 6, 12 month after treatment.
