Complaints: severe headache in right side of face, blood glucose level ≥ 8-9mm/l.
Neurologically: conscious, GCS=15, tendon reflexes D=S, upper limbs, D=S lower limbs. Muscle strength MRC 5 upper limbs, MRC 4 lower limbs. Visual Analog Scale = 8.
MRI (02.10.2018): there are no abnormalities.
09.10.2018 treatment: intravenous (IV) infusion of allogenic umbilical cord derived stem cells and trigeminal nerve (second branch) peripheral block with allogenic umbilical cord derived stem cells were performed.

4.01.2019 control examination.

Blood glucose level ≥ 6-7mm/l.
